Refund Policy

1. General Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any of our software products, you may request a refund subject to the terms outlined below.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

Refunds can be processed only within 14 days after the initial purchase date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Refund Processing via Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Because all payments and subscriptions are managed by Paddle, all approved refunds will be processed and issued directly by Paddle to your original payment method.

We, as the software vendor, authorize refunds that fall within the 14-day window, but the actual transaction reversal is handled entirely by Paddle in accordance with their processing timelines.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, please contact our support team with your order number (provided by Paddle in your receipt). We will verify the purchase date and initiate the refund request with Paddle on your behalf.
