1. Introduction

Welcome. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of software products and services developed by Arpan Pramanik, including but not limited to the MANTIS API threat detection and mitigation system. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By purchasing any of our subscriptions or software products, you are also bound by Paddle's Terms and Conditions.

3. Payments and Billing

All payments, billing, and subscription management are handled securely by Paddle.com Market Ltd. We do not store or process your credit card information on our servers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via Paddle.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Arpan Pramanik or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.

Because payments and transactions are processed entirely by Paddle, we explicitly disclaim liability for any payment failures, processing errors, or unauthorized charges. Any such issues must be resolved directly with Paddle.com.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Arpan Pramanik and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
